While trying to install Ubuntu 19.4, everything is fine until installing
grub. An unknown error causes the installer to crash and not install
grub.

When I tried the reinstall, it returned another error code (1). It also
said that it was unable to connect to SSL. When I tried the --no-check-
certificate switch as it suggested, it still returned the error code
(1).
