I'm sorry, i installed tomcat8 in same day after tomcat7 failing.
after that i just check "journalctl -xe" logs and it was showing that tomcat
didin't find jdk, after that i removed tomcat7 and reinstall "open-jdk". Things
goes well after.
But i already dpkg --configure for tomcat a
good morning, no neither of any one of them was started.
It's true, i tried to install tomcat7 when it's missed i tried to install
tomcat8, but issue is not related to starting port, it was related to jdk
version.

resolved after installing 'openjdk-8' and changing tomcat default
running port.

Thanks @Team Already done, i think that such issue produce only when we use
DELL OEM version.
I change ubuntu repositories and i upgrade to latest LTS version and i have a
good function of chromium now.

Chromium browser has been already installed in older version
