I found this fix in the Ubuntu Forums and it worked for me:
Open a Terminal
* sudo gedit /etc/init.d/bluetooth
* Find the "pkill -TERM bluetoothd" line
* Replace it with "pkill -TERM bluetoothd || true"
Save it and run sudo apt-get upgrade. It will prompt you if you want to
overwrite

Found the problem by an Ubuntu Forums post. Ran sudo apt-get install
