I can duplicate this error, using 20.04 x64. This is presenting show-
stopper problems trying to get LXC set up.

What worked for me was to completely remove the libphonon4 package and
then reinstall the phonon. libphonon-dev, libqt4-phonon and libqt4
-phonon-dev packages. Didn't dig into it further. Doing this allowed
me to get the latest ktorrent version to build on karmic.

I tried using the 'remove completely' option in synaptic before doing a
fresh install again. Same deal, no evenlogd.conf file got copied.
