Tested with thunderbird 2.0.0.18+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.10.1 and a fresh profile. The "Use Global Inbox" option is still available. However, with the option enabled, the new movemail account is shown in the folder pane and mail is delivered to the account's inbox. So, the global inbox option in the

This bug also occurs for me in Hardy, using evince or kpdf. However, xpdf does not expose the problem. The same version of evince (2.22.2) in debian lenny does not have the problem, using a newer version of poppler (0.8.4 instead of 0.6.4). This bug seems to be related to bug #267165 evince 2.22
