Tried to install jackd2 with kxstudio repository package but it depended
on libreadline6 and wouldn't accept libreadline7 which was installed, so
I installed libreadline6 from a debian deb i found online and it allowed
me to install it correctly.

I faced the bug as well, however none of the reported workarounds worked
for me.
After a bit of testing I found out that the error doesn't appear when
booting a boot-entry from the grub-submenu "Advanced options for Ubuntu"
(see attachements), it only appears when selecting the default entry
"Ubun
I resolved this by doing the following...
sudo mkdir /etc/apache2/conf.d
(ls in the new conf.d directory to verify the symlink for websvn is
present - if not, either create it yourself or reinstall/reconfig the
websvn package)
sudo cp /etc/apache2/conf.d/websvn /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/websvn.c

If I add a CalDAV calendar in Evolution, sync-ui removes the possibility
to sync a calendar. If I delete the CalDAV calendar again, I can sync
calendars again.
I would expect that sync-ui nevertheless syncs the local calendars.

I'm seeing this bug with Evolution 2.30.3 on Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop amd64.
I don't see any messages in my inbox after it fails with this message,
because the mail client refuses to load them after choking on one.
