[Bug 231028] [NEW] Ability to hide specific updates

Public bug reported: Some people would like to hide some specific updates.. this is especially useful if there's an update which crashes your machine or has some big sideeffects which you don't want to risk... this should be easily possible from the updater applet imo. Maybe as an option in the co
