Ok, Update. When I put my Laptop to sleep then wake it up the wireless
begins to work again.

Wireless card works till the point, I instal
I think you are right Phillip, I think that it has something to do with
the kernal that shipped with 16.04. I was able to fix the problem with
doing a full upgrade, using the command sudo apt-get upgrade and that
seemed to add a few fixes and one of them being the ability for the wifi
to start.
