I just got that error message on boot. Let me say that it is only after
I switched on the encrypted swap (using ecryptfs-setup-swap) - before
that I had swap turned off. The funny part is that after booting, swap
is working as is should (ie it is on, and on the correct device).

Weird boot mess
Well, you were right, the situation is unstable. Sometimes it works,
sometimes deauthorizing the hub helps... I didn't manage to properly
analyze when/what happens.
