This seems to be resolved on Lenovo Thinkpad T410i with a bios update. I
notice the original posted dmesg has the version 1.25 listed, The latest
is 1.43. Going from 1.32 to 1.43 seems to have resolved this issue on
Lenovo T410i running 12.04 64bit. Same bios update applies to T410 model
also. Boo
I bought an album, and not a single track transferred. Not a good
music store experience...

I'm still having this issue. A new user has MonoDeveloper working
correctly, but I do not. It doesn't appear to be within Mono- copying
the .config/MonoDevelop directory over does nothing.

Yo
I had originally tried some things from the thread, but none of them worked.
Then after installing Hardy, things worked out of the box. So I don't know
if I jostled something into place or not...
You have the R61? I initially had some other things not work out of the box,
like the volume and brigh
I just installed the Hardy beta and this is fixed for me! My brightness
buttons also work now. Very happy with this release :)

Thanks for the quick reply,
I have fixed the issue on my Gutsy system, but am hoping to get the

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-media
On my Lenovo R61, my output device defaults to Microphone in the gnome-
volume-manager, and my volume hotkeys control the microphone volume as
well. Tested on Gutsy and Hardy Alpha2.
** Affects: gnome-media (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
I'm writing this from my Lenovo R61 from the Hardy Haron Alpha 2 live
CD. My trackpad still does not have any advanced features (namely
scrolling) and there is no trackpad tab in the mouse configuration
dialog. Flemming's fix also did not work for me.
