When you type apt-get changelog compiz, by instance, if the Compiz changelog is
available, it's OK.
Else, you got a link to the changelog on Launchpad.
APT should retrieve the changelog on launchpad instead of showing the link.
I did a patchwhich fix this bug, but it remain

When I posted this bug, I used Unity 2D with Compiz so Unity is not the problem
but maybe Compiz.
Now with Unity it's the same.
