My guess is that something delays DBus initialization (something related to the Live CD), and it's not ready to talk to gdu-notification-daemon when it wants to. This issue needs attention. I've used Ubuntu Live CDs since 6.10, and this is the first time it boots into an error. For me, it won't stop me from using Ubuntu, but others might be more picky. I'll look into this, but I'm not an experienced developer. I'll post here if I find anything that may be u
