I´m fairly new to Node, but I´ve seen several people recommend using
Volta (https://github.com/volta-cli/volta) or the older but slower nvm
(node version manager: https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm) to manage Node
versions, similar to how you can use virtualenv to install multiple
versions of python in
And then run:
Und dann auszuführen:
sudo apt-get install -y nodejs

valuable system and community and probably tons of work.
I ran into a strange issue when attempting to install nodejs and npm on
Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (amd64), the dependency resolution appears to be

+1 from another AMD Turion and PHC user trying to reduce CPU temperature
(50C -> 30C) and extend battery life.
I would really like to keep using Ubuntu, but compiling a custom kernel
to enable undervolting is very time-consuming and could convince me to
switch to another distro.
Thanks in advance
