I can confirm that this bug exists in kernel version 3.2.0-030200rc6
-generic-pae from Ubuntu Mainline builds. I'm using my MSI Wind U100
(Intel Atom N270, Intel 945 chipset) to test this.
Works great using kernel version 3.1.5-030105-generic-pae.
