I created a Ubuntu 11.10 USB drive on Windows using the instructions on
the Ubuntu download page. Didn't format the key, but I don't think
that's in any way relevant. I did "safely remove" the key after I was
done.
Everything goes fine until the second half of the installatio

5.2.6-1ubuntu1).

The Canon PIXMA MP450 printer/scanner is not included in the Gutenprint
driver database, but the Canon PIXMA MP170 (MP150, actually?) driver works
perfectly with it (in my experience).

I'd like to see blocking functionality too. I'm getting spammed with
"add to list" requests on YM, and can't find any way of blocking this.

Maverick). I can save password-protected .doc and .xls files and open
them.

There is a working driver for MP170 in Lucid (and possibly some earlier
