Sorry, I was wrong in my comment #5.
The bug #149964 is about generating hyperlinks for showing at the
message window/panel. The function camel_url_decode() plays no role on
that bug. This bug is about sendin

It's related to bug #149964. In both bug reports, the underlying problem
is the same: the URL is decoded by calling function camel_url_decode().
I think the URL should be passed intact to the web browser.

It is not an issue anymore.
Sometime near the beginning of October the problem vanished, and I think
what resolved the problem was one of the kernel updates, as I use
proposed-updates on all of my machines.
The problematic machine is now upgraded to Ubuntu 8.10, and this problem

The problem seems to be that some sources were kept enabled during the
upgrade. In particular, pre-released updates (hardy-proposed) has newer
versions of qt libraries and these new versions are not compatible with
Psi.
I solved disabling hardy-proposed sources and downgrading all the qt
packages
More info.
I have another machine with Ubuntu 8.04. On that machine, qt library is

version 4.4.0, and psi seems to have problems with this new qt version.

For pt_BR the change of Julian calendar to Gregorian calendar should be
on 1582. Brazil was a colony of Portugal at the time, and Portugal
changed calendars in 1582.
But, instead, cal is wrongly showing the change in 1752.

CAL shows dates 5 - 14 october 1582 - but they do not exist.

I don't think so.
Bug 159950 is about missing title bar (and other decorations) on other

As I use network manager, these commands affect only loopback interface.
I didn't check loopback interface before restarting it. Will do next
