Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: libqt3-mt
Launching any QT3 app shows the following warning message on the console:
QSettings: failed to open file '/etc/qt3/qt_plugins_3.3rc'
Examining permissions of this file shows:
-rw-r- 1 root root 654 2009-01-30 13:29 /etc/qt3/qt_plugins_3.3rc
There is already something like that. It is called dbus-send, and it is
commonly used in shell scripts. Also, there is package kdbus which is in
Intrepid Ibex.

placeholder.
