Public bug reported:
I would like the tool h2load added to the nghttp2-client package. This
is a tool similar to ab (apache benchmark) but with support for http2.
The tool's source is already included in the source of the ubuntu
package and get's built by normal compilation of the package. It's j

Do upgrade libcurl3-nss libcurl3-gnutls to get it working.

In 16.04 beta you only need to have the package libnghttp2-dev as a
build-dep, download the ubuntu package source, recompile and installed
the newly created package.
$ sudo apt-get build-dep curl
$ sudo apt-get install libnghttp2-dev
$ sudo apt-get source curl
$ sudo debian/rules binary
$ sudo dpk
Just to clarify, the libnghttp2-dev package is NOT a running dependency.
HTTP/2 with Apache works perfectly if this package is now present.
It's only a build dependency as show in this extract of the control file
of the apache2 ubuntu package source.
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 9.20131213~), lsb
This small patch addes libnghttp2-dev as a build dependency for the
apache2 package in order to fix HTTP/2 support.

With a fresh installed ubuntu server, you try to enable the http2

Viewing the logs I get:

Could this be fixed in feisty?
I use heartbeat on a number or applications in quite a lot of servers.
This bug is quite important for us who use heartbeat.
Please let me know if I can do anything to help. Thanks.
