I've installed the fix available from saucy-proposed repository on my
up-to-date saucy system and I can confirm that it fixes this bug.

I've to support @wild_oscar, latest updates didn't solve the problem for me.

I can confirm this bug on Toshiba NB205 netbook (full model number:
NB205-N311/W) and fresh Ubuntu 10.10 installation with all recommended updates
installed (no unofficial/third-party repositories are used).

I checked updated signatures for all of the *SUMS files (MD5SUMS, SHA1SUMS,
SHA256SUMS) - they all has good signatures now.

As far as I understand the source of the problem is empty
/var/lib/locales/supported.d/eo file from current version of language-
pack-eo-base package (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source

locale names for esperanto (it has
The source of this problem - eo locales does not created when esperanto
support gets enabled.
To fix it I added names of all available esperanto locales (from
/usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED) to the /var/lib/locales/supported.d/eo file.
It is just 3 lines:
eo.UTF-8 UTF-8
eo ISO-8859-3
eo_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
Same problem on Hardy (8.04.1).
