Ubuntu 9.04 hang up when I reboot or shutdown my notebook (samsung
r60+, ati radeon x2300, core2duo, 2gb). After I've pressed
shutdown/restart button, black screen appears with a lot of different
symbols. In some cases display just blinks.

now I can see files and folders with nautilus and open it with rhythmbox.

thunderbird) in full screen mode. in hardy everything was ok. it happens
when compiz enabled and disabled (but when it's disabled the effect is
