I t told me there was an upgrade but it didn't manage to do it than i did:
do-release-upgrade
but it didnt work: Than i did
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
and again
do-release-upgrade
but it ended saying:
Impossibile calcolare l'avanzamen
