This issue is affecting me in Rhythmbox 3.0.2 on 14.04 LTS.
I have two podcasts, both served by iTunes, (so m4a format). Automatic
podcast updates are enabled and set to hourly, but they never update.
If I go to the list of podcasts, 'All 2 (2)' will be selected. If i
click the 'update' button,
