I can confirm two conditions: I work with large jpg files and reopening
the file with eog after a crash usually remedies the problem.

When I burned a CD with Brasero, compiz hung (mouse movement ok, but
unresponsive to moue clicks or keyboard). The CD was burned ok but the
MD5 verification was not executed any more. I expect ubuntu-bug will
attach the rest of the required information...
