1) I tried installing Ubuntu Live CD - The Feisty Beta version. Chose
the Language of Installation to Tamil.

We could solve this problem by giving the following command terminal as
suggested by one of our Group member.
export MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=0
Is this option could be included in boot up, then we think this Tamil
rendering problem is fixed.
Please take it asap.

1) My system runs Open office 2.0
2) I have configured SCIM.
3) The GTK Suite of Open Office is also installed.
Now opening the Open office application (Spread Sheet, Presentation,
etc.,) the icons and the Text in menus are dis appeared.

HI,
Not only in KDE, but in GNOME also i have this problem of getting SCIM
going wit Open office. It works fine with Evolution and gedit but not
with Open office...
Please fix
