avlibformat was repaired but what's with:
libavdevice-dev
libavutil-dev
libavcodec-dev
libswscale-dev
They still cannot be instaled with -extra packages.
And I don't want round-way to get them to work - that will stop working & give
more troubles after system packages updates.

Yup. That did the job. I'm curious why there is problem with old configuration
files.
Why I didn't check it before - no one knows.
So the fix is to delete configuration files.
