that GPG2 was unable to ask for passphrase via X-forwarding. I got it

suspend when screen locking is enabled.
It's implemented with a simple script in

Hangs do not occur if the lock screen is disabled at suspend. Perhaps
this problem is somehow related to a bad interaction when lock screen is
activating while suspend is kicking in.
(Not having a lock screen at suspend is rather bad for security, so I'd
like to avoid it as a workaround.)

I confirm this issue. In my case there is a huge regression in uplink
speed with kernel 3.11.0-15-generic compared to 3.11.0-12-generic (which
is good).
With 3.11.0-15-generic, I only get sustained 400–500KB/s uplink speed
(downlink speed is better though).

On a clean and up-to-date Ubuntu 13.10 installation. When patch exists
since april of 2013
In my case it's a dhclient process that likely respawns and prevents
remount to read-only of root fs, due to a lease file opened for writing
under /var/lib/NetworkManager/.. Result is unclean shutdown and recovery
of dirty root file system on next boot.

Still have what looks like exactly this issue on a clean 13.10
installation. Looks like it goes away if I disconnect from wired network
at login screen before rebooting or shutting down. Is there a new bug
filed for 13.10 somewhere ?

Completely unable to add a simple IRC account in fresh install of Ubuntu
13.10. The accounts dialogue complains about "Giving Ubuntu access", and
hitting the "Grant" button just makes the same message reappear
instantly. (Ubuntu 13.10 is turning out to be a really hard fight
overall.)

I often get all black decorations and drop shadows after resume from
suspend. Ubuntu 13.10 (clean install), nvidia binary graphics driver.
Tested various nvidia driver versions, including the most recent 331.20,
but that has made no difference. This did not happen with Ubuntu 13.04
on the same hard
Still a problem, Ubuntu 13.10, Dell Latitude E6510. Bluetooth led on
this laptop used to behave properly a long time ago, 12.04 and back
IIRC. But it was broken at some point, probably in kernel-land, and has
since been left in a broken state.

Same problem with nvidia 319.60 on Ubuntu 13.10. Running GPU at full
power all the time resolves the issues.
