I tried to use both kernels in my Latitude 5440:
linux-image-6.8.0-51-generic
linux-image-6.11.0-1010-oem
Both have the flickering problem.
The option intel_iommu=igfx_off make the flickering less often but do not solve
the problem.
intel_idle.max_cstate=2 i915.enable_dc=0 make it worse.

an update - like routers stopping routing :)

Accepted heat into caracal-proposed. The package will build now and be

- Only affects expanded folders. If a file is dragghed and dropped into a(n
expandable) folder which currently is not expanded, it works as expected: The
file is immediately visually removed from its source loacation.
