I have the same issue on Ubuntu 24.
Global Scale set to 100% (always was)
From left to right:
Screen 1 1280x800
Screen 2 1920x1080
Screen 3 1920x1080
all aligned at the top (flush)
full screenshot works, but area move the selection box and shift the
display to the right by some random amount …
I found that may be caused by hardware failure. I have tried with windows and
it doesn't work too. I had replaced the WIFI card with a new one.

Yes, I used the following commands in the terminal:
sudo apt install broadcom-sta-dkms broadcom-sta-source
sudo apt install firmware-b43-installer
reboot.
After the reboot, the wifi icon appeared immediately and everything
worked as before the update.

I have a Logitech Mechanical Mini keyboard, and two characters
guillemotleft («) and guillemotright (») that previously worked by
pressing [right alt]+[z] and [right alt]+[x] does not work after
upgrading to Ubuntu 24.10. The special key is set to default.
