Looks like most recent kernel for Noble is now 6.8.0-40 as of this
morning. Patch doesn't apply to it either:

I have added inline comments suggesting the changes to make the patch conform
to dep-3 header format.
Would it be also possible to run `quilt refresh` once you've applied the
patches to ensure that we do not introduce spurious diffs in the future?

I do like apt-listchanges and using it to announce a switch from PCAP to
NFQ there. But lets assume, I install a new server and I install fwknop-
server with it, than I don't see the apt-listchanges. So how should new
user know, that PCAP is not available in Ubuntu? PCAP is so prominent in
