I considered, but did not attempt, these work-arounds:
1) Remove LuksBootKeyFileJob from calamares settings
2) temporarily move /boot to an unencrypted partition so that
LuksBootKeyFileJob would not proceed
3) temporarily move /home to another partition and let calamares reformat the
LUKS partit

The ua client doesn't currently provide any information about failures
so we can't pass this information onto software-properties. There is an
improvement being added to ua to give error codes and messages which we
will take advantage of when it is available.
