I feel like these debug symbols should've been installed by default; or

I upgraded to jammy and can't connect to my work VPN anymore.
Upgrading to xl2tpd_1.3.17rc1 does not work either.
But downgrading to impish xl2tpd_1.3.12-1.1_amd64.deb makes it work
again.

"libpthread copies libgcc" snippet in the copy_exec hook function may be
needed for other packages such as open-iscsi, btrfs-progs. In this case
these may also be affected by this issue. If this is the case, a
solution should lie
