I am trying to install Lubuntu 18.04 (64-bit PC (AMD64) desktop image)
as dual boot with Windows 10 on a computer.
I burned the iso on a dvd and proceeded to the installation (from the
"try lubuntu" and clicked on the desktop icon), I chose "install Lubuntu
next to Windows 10
Thanks, that confirms that the file existed before the upgrade. I would
still need a copy of this file to try to understand where it came from.

Downloaded "ubuntu-18.04-live-server-amd64.iso" via Windows, burned with
Etcher onto 2 drives (USB 3.0 and USB 2.0). Installing onto a laptop
that already had a Debian 9.4.0 install that used the entire disk w/LVM
managing partitioning, all partitioning per Debian defaults.
