Twice got normal restarts that also included the pop up about 'remove media,
press enter'
Twice got no pop up but the shutdown was text based & 'hung' on no particular
errors, ctrl+c set it going again to a completed

I tried a couple of scanning programs, one of them gave a 5 char cal file, like
this one here.
simple-scan did not like it either.
Another program had a gui with a calibrate function and it coughed up a
65k file, it seems to work for simple scan as well.

Hi to all.
Have just recently changed from Ubuntu Xenial amd64 Unity 16.04.3 LTS to
Ubuntu Gnome Xenial amd64 16.04.3 LTS and have started having this "System
program problem detected" keyring error on start up (gnome-keyring-daemon
crashed with SIGABRT in g_assertion_message() ). Have already
This appears to have been fixed, either specifically or by happenstance.
Tested on image of Sept 4, live session terminated properly

fwiw, this has been happening to my laptop for a couple months (i just
now had the time to look into the logs). i've had the laptop for a year
(samsung ativ book 9) without problems before this.
I get continuous log output from the kernel for as long as the lid is
closed, and my laptop is unrecove
Don't disable 11_reproducible_dh.h.patch, regenerate the dh.h with the
openssl version in the distribution instead:
quilt push 11_reproducible_dh.h.patch
openssl dhparam -C 2048 | awk '/^-/ {exit} {print}' > include/dh.h
quilt refresh
