This sounds a /lot/ like a driver based issue to me. I don't see any
reason as to why ARB_fragment_program and the simple texture copy and
replace code should interfere here, unless there are bugs in compiz'
opacity handling. Although, I can say that I have an 8600GT and am using
191.x and am seein

Eclipse 3.4 only ran on the Ubuntu OpenJDK 6 package -- the Sun JVM
would crash after seconds of use, and gij was completely unusable for
some reason that slips my mind. It's entirely possible that 3.5.x works

The best solution (temporary work-around) I can give you for the moment,

Therefore the system time is always reset to some date in 2008. Under

There has been several objections to this change. But IMO , this doesnt seem
wrong/ugly/intrusive!
They seem to have done it due to concerns raised by other bug reporters in
other bugs.
We might not like how it looks at first but it doesnt need the negativism this

Also the bluetooth icon is now greyscale. if you are using gnome bluetooth

Thank you! I found that it needed to be set to "Analog Stereo Duplex"
profile on the Hardware tab, and to "Microphone 1" on the Input tab.
Clearly, this was not a bug, but definitely an annoyance. This was a
fresh install of the beta and it defaulted to the incorrect settings.
