Just a quick "me too".
I noticed the same behaviour. The fonts in Gnome are basically the same as
before, the KDE fonts got blurry and the fonts in Thunderbird/Firefox have
changed too (to the worse).
Installing the attached .fonts.conf file helped a bit to make the KDE fonts a
little bit more
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.20
When hibernating or suspending my laptop (ThinkPad T42, Feisty), I see
messages like this:
[ 5026.18] usbdev4.1_ep81: PM: suspend 0->2, parent 4-0:1.0 already 2
[ 5026.18] hub 4-0:1.0: PM: suspend 2->2, parent usb4 already 2
Well, ipv6 is loaded and there doesn't appear to be any problems with it
related to the kernel. The ipv6 automatic setup was normally done via
scripts. This behavior may have changed on purpose, or because of a bug
in userspace.
I'm not sure what package(s) affect this, so retarget to this package
Yep, saw that on the last pull. Thanks
** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu)

Attached is my hardware configuration.
Btw, the installation was with the Feisty Herd 1 image.
P.S., I don't know if this matters but I couldn't find a `discover`
program anywhere. I noticed this was referenced in the 'MULTIHEAD'
detection section of /var/lib/dpkg/info/xserver-xorg.config.

This bug should be reopened since it makes turba2 non-installable on
Dapper. If I understand correctly, Dapper is still "supported" until
2011.
** Changed in: turba2 (Ubuntu)
Status: Fix Released => Confirmed
** Summary changed:
- won't install, false error message
+ turba2 too old in dap

Public bug reported:
This is a wishlist for better autodetection of xinerama configurations.
I have a multihead setup, but when installing Ubuntu, while it detected
my hardware correctly, it did not set up xinerama mode. It would have
been very snazzy if it did.
I'll upload both the original xo
