Dear All,
Just a quick follow up for those of you who are interested. The batching script
is now working and is attached below.
The intermediate step of saving the xy layer to a folder was unecessary and has
been removed. The 'MakeXYEventLayer' command only creates "in memory" layers
and not
the code
are forward slashes, whereas all paths appear with back slashes in the address
bar in my computer. However, if I try changing the forward slashes to back
slashes in the code I get a warning about syntax when I use the 'check' button.
Ive been trying to automate this convers
