As schopin mentioned, this issue seems to be caused by an unknown LF
line-break expectation in Launchpad's "FileBugDataParser", which caused
the error when the apport package's requests with LF line-breaks were
fixed into CRLF line-breaks.

Launchpad can't process crash repor
It's very very likely to be due to the fix for bug 2096327 actually
triggering *another* issue (namely that FileBugDataParser doesn't cope
well with CRLF line endings). I'll create a separate bug for the LP
issue, I'll use this one to track the apport regression fix.
