@Brian Once the archive is frozen this is not entirely trivial anymore
as the command-not-found indexfile is stored in the now frozen archive
mirror.
It seems the easiest way to fix is:
* uploading a higher version in the -updates pocket should fix the problem
automatically, the database code

@Michael Vogt - the command-not-found extractor was broken for a while
(due to a crash in python-apt) and so the indexes were not being
updated. Is there someway to update the kinetic release cnf indexes post
release so that kms-universal-planes is removed?

I can confirm this behaviour on Ubuntu 22.10. The package suggestions
come from command-not-found, maybe the list of available binaries hasn't
been updated.
