Public bug reported: Under Ubuntu 18.04 if you install the package Gajim the local account is permanently disabled because of missing dependencies. https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/issues/9125 The required package is python3-avahi The python3-avahi package is missing, apt-get is unable to find
