I can't say I understood how using which helps: it just says /usr/bin /ubuntu-bug. Anyway, I tried ubuntu-bug /usr/bin/ubuntu-bug (and also ubuntu-bug apport) and both complained that the package is not official. AFAIR I installed everything from ubuntu official site, but if there's a way to check
