I'm trying to reproduce it again but couldn't find exact same error

I am facing same issue while re-connecting to my TunnelBear VPN. TunnelBear VPN

After upgrading some packages the built in speakers stopped working, only sound
i was getting from headphones then i tried some of commands with the help of
internet then headphone sound also stopped working.
