I found the solution (!), create a new file /etc/modprobe.d/intel.conf
add the following options:
options snd-hda-intel single_cmd=1
options snd-hda-intel probe_mask=1
This fixed my problem. Meanwhile when I restart, it has very strange
cracking sound coming from laptop, not speakers. how can I
That fixed my problem for the same laptop but I have to apply force-
reload after every reboot. how can I fix this? thank you
