This was fixed upstream in sysvinit-2.89. Bug can be closed when the
package is updated.

When I call my phone carrier's voice mail (by dialing my own phone number), the
Ubuntu phone app immediately reports the call failed and returns me to the dial
screen But the phone app leaves the audio connection active. This means I can
hear the answer
I am still seeing this bug with 15.10 r14. The top of the today scope
seems to get truncated whenever there is not enough data on the scope's
page to fill the screen.
This means if I have the date, weather, messages, activity and Twitter
scopes enabled inside the Today scope, it displays properly.
