That is not possible for me. The GT330M was supported by the nvidia 340
driver, but that driver is unsupported. The GT330M is not supported in
newer versions of the nvidia driver. `ubuntu-drivers` does not list any
drivers either. It does on LTS 22.04 though.

When booting the installation of 24.04 (LTS) I will be presented with a
nice screen. However the resolution is wrong. My screen is actually
1920x1080. However the installation uses a resolution of 2048x1536. It's
a wrong aspect ratio as well, 16:9 vs 4:3.

Disregard my issue with my second machine, it didn't have the 'UUID='
part in /etc/default/grub. Adding that solved the issues with that
machine as well. So definite +1 solved for me.
That does lead to the question, why doesn't forgetting to add 'UUID='

I try to connect a nfs share at boot. It is working while I do not configure
any bridge with netplan. I am creating directly a systemd service for the NFS
mount but I have the same problem if I edit the fstab file.
Updated Ubuntu-18.04 LTS, rebooted and problem is gone.

I can confirm this bug on mx4 with OTA-13.
To get hotspot, first toggle in system settings needs to be flipped on and then
the toggle in the status menu needs to be toggled on. Only then does the

I just ran into the same issue on a 16.04 system in a IPv6-only network.
My network configuration looks like this:

The fix posted by Graham works for me. After modifying that line I succesfully
get DHCPv6 after a clean reboot.
