Maybe this is a little off-topic, maybe not... I have been able to replicate the bug described by George Sofianos, related to the power "shortage" when the system is in suspension, and the battery is removed, or when there is no battery present and the mains get suddenly disconnected. So, someone just closed the thread it because in a different release the bug cannot be reproduced? That doesn't make much sense... 'Fix released' doesn't seem an accurate status endpoint for this issue... What got fixed? And how? Many people still use 12.04 LTS, which is the release affected. --
