especially amd64-ata-only and net.
It seems that we are creating a VM with 1GB only to run the amd64-ata-
only test and even just 512MB for the net test.

workaroud this while polkit is fixed upstream: we could for example
spawn pkttyagent manually (a similar approach is used by systemd).
