[Touch-packages] [Bug 1531860] [NEW] Mouse lagging and leaving a trail on laptop and external monitors

Public bug reported: I have a Dell Latitude laptop with Optimus, connected to an external monitor over DVI via a docking station. Moving the mouse on my external monitor leaves a number of mouse pointer icons which disappear after a short time, but hang around long enough to make a short trail.
