For information, I got this bug from a fresh install of 22.04. Also,
after a reboot, the prompt works as expected for a while, but I always
end up with the bug after a while.

I did: `sudo apt install ibus-libpinyin`
I restarted the computer
I went to Settings => Keyboard, and in "Input sources" I pressed the "+", but
