Must say, since my post of April 24th, the problem has not reoccurred.
Settings still as mentioned above. So with these settings it was a one-
off incident.

Same problem here after a fresh install the day after the release date. This is
really annoying. I already changed the ipv4 method to Automatic (DHCP)
addresses only and added DNS servers 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, but the problem is still
there. Under 16.10 no such problem here.
