Still is an issue in OTA 11. It is better though but there is still a
noticible delay.

I'm beginning to think it may be a general video problem on the device. I
tried downloading a video from my laptop via youtbe-dl, saving on the
device, and then playing it from there and I have the same issue.

1. Go to youtube
2. Play a video preferably one with a distinct matching between audio and video
like somebody talking.
